Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Hamilton, Ontario, Cima Enoteca is a hidden gem offering a unique and delicious dining experience. As a food reviewer, I had the pleasure of trying some of their standout dishes, and I must say, I was truly impressed.
The Insalata + Antipasti selection at Cima Enoteca is a delightful mix of flavors and textures. The Chop Salad featuring iceberg lettuce, radicchio, and crispy chickpeas is a refreshing option, while the Fried Artichokes with creamy garlic dip and basil oil are a crispy and flavorful treat.
Moving on to the Pasta section, the Tagliatelle al Tartufo immediately caught my eye. This dish, with truffle cream, roasted mushrooms, and truffle oil, is a decadent indulgence that is worth every penny. The Linguine e Gamberi is another standout, with shrimp, 'nduja, and a creamy tomato sauce that is simply mouthwatering.
For pizza lovers, the Catanzaro pizza is a must-try. Topped with fennel sausage, bomba di Calabria, and oregano, this pizza packs a punch of flavor that will leave you wanting more. Pair it with one of their creamy dips for the ultimate dining experience.
In addition to their delectable dishes, Cima Enoteca also offers a selection of non-alcoholic beverages such as San Pellegrino Blood Orange and Lemon, perfect for refreshing your palate between bites.

7 months agoOur first time at CIMA and we will definitely be back. Although service was a touch slow, there was a large birthday party at the bar so it made sense. Our server was still very sweet and incredibly accurate, and we had a group of 10. Food and drinks were great, highly recommend the arancini and grilled calamari.

7 months agoCIMA on Locke Street is a fantastic spot for authentic Italian food in a cozy yet stylish setting. Their wood-fired pizzas are a must-try, with crispy crusts and fresh toppings that hit the mark. The house-made pasta is delicious too! The service is friendly and attentive, with staff who are genuinely passionate about the food. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between relaxed and upscale, making it great for both casual dinners and special occasions. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, the quality of the food and experience makes it worth it. CIMA is definitely a place you'll want to return to for an unforgettable Italian meal.

7 months agoHands down one of my favourite restaurants. I don't know what is in the Caesar dressing that makes it so amazing but I CRAVE it. Soppressata pizza is to die for and the Tagliatelle pasta is so yummy. Our experience tonight was enhanced by our lovely and very attentive server Danielle C! She suggested dessert and I'm now also obsessed with the Tiramisu, which is so creamy and just the perfect size to finish the meal. Ten stars!

7 months agoI came to this restaurant on a Friday night and it was absolutely fantastic. The music was lively, service attentive and the food was impeccable. The ambiance, quality of food and the music is what sold me. I will be back time and time again ! This is a great restaurant to go to for a great time with friends or for an intimidate date followed by Fun. Thanks to our server Nate !!!

7 months agoHonestly, THE best meal & overall restaurant experience of my recent trip to Canada! If I’d had more time there I would’ve returned to try more things from the menu. Everything - the decor, the music, the wait staff, the food, the drink - was perfect. Our waitress was Danielle. She was warm, welcoming, super sweet and helpful, in fact I ordered her recommendations! I had a seafood linguine and my Dad had the lamb ragu (both delicious). I had the tiramisu and my Dad had the pineapple panna cotta for desert (one again, both delish). I honestly couldn’t fault anything. I’m from the UK but was visiting family in the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area and I will absolutely be visiting CIMA again the next time I’m over there!

7 months agoWe had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this Italian gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and authentically Italian. The food was outstanding—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and savory, and the tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had! What truly made the night exceptional, though, was our amazing waitress Millie. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her genuine warmth and cheerful personality made us feel right at home. She gave excellent recommendations and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Her service truly elevated the entire experience. We will definitely be returning—and bringing friends! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for delicious Italian food and top-notch service.

7 months agoCIMA on Locke Street is hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve ever been to! I ordered the Margherita pizza, and I genuinely can’t stop thinking about it—easily the best pizza I’ve ever had. The dough was absolute perfection: light, airy, slightly chewy with that perfect wood-fired crisp. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. What blew me away even more? You can actually buy their pizza dough to take home! It’s that good—they know people are going to want more of it. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with a welcoming vibe that fits perfectly with the charm of Locke Street. Friendly staff, great service, and top-tier ingredients—this place is a must-visit whether you’re local or just passing through Hamilton. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

7 months agoI’ve been to both the Hamilton & Burlington location and both are outstanding. The food here is delicious and the potions are a good amount. The servers I’ve had were attentive and knowledgeable, informed us of current promotions, and gave stellar recommendations. One of my favourite dishes is the grill calamari!
